Welcome. I developed the products on this web site because I needed it for myself. Sometimes I need to work from my HHR, and although I love the dash compartment box, sometimes I need a place to set things on my dash (particularly when eating lunch!). Since the lid on the stock dash box only opens a small amount, only certain items can fit in it and the lid of the stock box cannot be removed without destroying it. When I searched for a replacement box without a lid, I could not find one, so I decided to develop it myself.
